PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is a 1-year career-oriented postgraduate course.
The eligibility for the course is bachelors in HR or any related field of study with minimum aggregate marks as required by the institute. The average fee charged by the institutes ranges from INR 10k to 25 Lacs.
Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized institute/university.
Admission to the course is done in 2 stages:
Institutional Test.
Personal Interview- involving assessment of fitness, work experience, publications and Statement of Purpose.
Most institutes offering the course admit students based on their performance in a relevant entrance test. Some of institutes conduct their own entrance tests for offering admission. Admission process generally varies across colleges.
