It's very nice to know your desire of doing electrical engineering by opting for part time education. However this information is unfortunately not readily available and hence I cannot supply to you. You'll have to approach individual college for this information and then based on your information from this colleges you can decide to seek admission in any one of these colleges. However you can opt for another method that is doing engineering by distance education by this sitting at home you can study when the time is available and complete your engineering graduation.
