Both are well and good. But I suggest you Bhartiya Vidyapeeth university. It has the best circumstances in all the fields providing best facilities. There is very good environment to study because of all the faculty are highly qualified.

There are courses available for B.sc in various streams. You can get admission according to your score in 12th. Minimum score required is 60% aggregate.

Well dropping is not option. There are also several universities outside delhi one of them is christ university lgautambudh university you must opt for it.

Yes, you can get MIT-Pune. But it also depends on the branch which you applying for, the cut-off varies from branch to branch. When filling CAP form, give 1st preference to MIT-Pune, MIT-Kothrud, MIT-Alandi, etc. All now come under MIT-WPU Faculty of Engineering. You can get more details about it on the websites given below.
