Yes, you can definitely aim for nice colleges with this score. I too have scored around 700 in my MAT Dec attempt and now have taken admission in BIMM, Pune.

Of course, you can. To join SIBM Pune, you have to score above 98 percentile in SNAP, and then clear the GDPI rounds. Good academic record is also very important. Good luck.

I am unsure. It is best to contact MHT CET, or check with law book/entrance book vendors.
I am not in a position to comment on the paper last year, as I have no personal knowledge of it. It is best enquired from students who sat from it and/or coaching classes.

I am unsure which institute you need clarity on. There are various institutes, public and private and the fees varies.

It is difficult to comment on admission, since it is subject to quota like General MS (Maharashtra Student) or OMS (Other than Maharashtra Student) and also OBC, SC/ST.
For ILS specifically, it is suggested that you look up last round cutoff of admission at ILS on the website: ilslaw.edu

I would suggest you to go for MITSOM, as it gradually increasing their reputation in terms of faculty, placement etc. Few years back, if we talk about Indira Institute of Management, it was considered as a good reputed college, but in current scenario it is not.
