Yes, admission is possible to the BSc Computer Science course at Fergusson College with 66% in the HSC board. The admission process is based on merit, which means that students with higher marks in their 10+2 examination are given preference. But, with 66% marks, you have a lesser chance of getting admission to the course.

Yes, you can get into NIT or Mit college with 80%.
If your percentile score is 80%, it appears thatyou will meet the cutoff for the OBC, SC, ST, and PwD categories, but not for the General or EWS categories.
For General you woud be require 93 percentile and for EWS you woud be require 81 percentile.

BCom 2nd Year Syllabus consists of subjects like Company Law, Corporate Accounting, Income Tax Law & Practice, Cost Accounting, Cyber Crimes & Laws, E-Commerce, etc. The 2nd year of the BCom Syllabus contains 2 semesters. Aspirants of the BSc course must be Class 12 or an equivalent examination pass from a recognised Board or organisation with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) with relevant subjects (as per the BSc specialisation the candidate is applying for).
