The answer to this depends upon the qualification of candidates. To get admission to BA LLB course the candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidate should have obtained Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade.
- Those belonging to SC/ ST category should have obtained 40% marks to be eligible.
- They should appear for the SLAT exam 2025.
- Based on the SLAT score, candidates are shortlisted for WAT-PI rounds. Please check the respective Institute website for information and dates of WAT-PI.

If a student chooses to withdraw from BSc at RGITBT, their fees will be refunded to them based on the following UGC guidelines for fee refund:

Yes, BSc admission at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) is entrance-based. RGITBT is a constituent institution of Bharati Vidyapeeth. Hence, admission to its BSc programme is provided to the candidates with a valid score in BV-ABOP, an entrance exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth. BV-ABOP is an oline, computer-based test conducted at various test centres. The exam consists of MCQs based on the Class 12 syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) provides BSc admissions under three categories: Regular Merit Category, Institutional Quota Merit Category, and Foreign/NRI/OCI/PIO Category. No, the BSc fee at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) is not the same for all three years. As per the official information brochure available on the institute's official website, the annual fee for a BSc (Biotechnology) will be revised upwards by 5% per annum. The first-year fee for the Regular Merit Category is INR 2.7 lakh. The first-year fee for Instituional Quota Merit Category is INR 1.2 lakh.
