If a candidate cancels their admission, the College will refund their money in accordance with Pune University norms. In any case, no payments will be refunded if you cancel your admission after thirty days from your admission. This is clearly stated in the ILS admission procedure document. There is no counselling fee for admission in Pune Institute of Computer Technology. Only after getting seat you have to pay the college fee of the course, which is INR 90000 per year.
