You have two options to get admission in this college, the first one is JEE score basis and the second one is Punjab CET score basis Punjab CET is best option for you to get easily admission in this college. You can opt direct admission also.

They both are the same course. Thapar Institute in patiala calls it Computer Engineering while the Derabassi campus calls it Computer Science and Engineering.

It would be difficult with that rank to get into Computer Engineering Branch in Thapar, but if you decide to change your branch, you can get a seat.

You don't have to worry much about the packages after coming to Thapar. Campus placements are very good as compared to other colleges that you can get with same rank.

It would be hard to get CSE in Thapar with that rank, but if you decide to switch your branch, you can get a seat in Thapar.

Yes, you can get a seat by a good percentage in +2 as 30% seats are filled just by the boards percentage.

Hi nitesh,
As you have scored 91.07 in JEE mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting computer science engineering will be difficult in first round. Although I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
