English medium would be best from the perspective of the exam of M.Sc but many students also choose Hindi also but in future point of view I would suggest English medium would be the best.

Hi Sukhjinder, yes they do and the eligibility for the same is:
Passed 10+2 examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination (such as 11+1, A level in Senior School leaving certificate course) from a recognized university of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent institution from a foreign country securing not less than 50% marks in case of general category applicants and 45% of the total marks in case of SC/ST applicants. You can get the syllabus for the exam from TU website. Most of the questions are related to those topics only. You can prepare your core subjects from any book having MCQs. My friend prepared from S. Hand publisher book and there were many questions in the exam from that. You can prepare from any other book also which is for Lateral entry exam. PCM questions were not tough at all, so just prepare your core subjects well.

The eligibility is Bachelor degree of Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognised as equivalent with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST).
Note :
1. The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.
2. The maximum age limit for the applicants for admission will be as decided by the Bar Council of India and approved by the syndicate from time to time. Mode of Admission:
Admission will be based on the State Level Admission Process.

It depends upon your domicile.
B.Tech admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in JEE Main for Punjab domicile candidates.
For the candidates belonging to other states, the admission to B.Tech is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling conducted by PTU.
