No, you will not get admission at this percentile.Till now LNMIIT has not taken admission below general cut-off and this year it is around 89.5 so your chances for admission is no where in LNMIIT.

If you get CSE or CCE in LNMIIT, then go for it. Otherwise, go for Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology
