If you are planning on studying MBBS in Russia at Volgograd state Medical University you should do these steps :-
1) Complete online application on VSMU's official portal.
2) Submit key documents (10th, 12th mark sheets, NEET scorecard, passport, HIV test report, medical fitness certificate).
3) Receive invitation letter from the university.
4) Apply for student visa at the Russian Embassy using the invitation letter.

So, Indian students seeking admission to this university must have an exceptional academic record. Indian students must have passed NEET for admission to the university's UG course. The official medium of teaching at BSMU Russia is Russian. However, note that the first 3 years of the course is taught in English. The university provide Russian language classes for foreign students. These are the preparatory courses for foreign students who want to study in Russian language further. Yes, as an Indian citizen taking admission to BSMU Russia, admissions to 100% of seats of MBBS / BDS will be done through NEET UG in Medical / Dental colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India. After the approval of the admission committee, students are required to prepare and send the following documents via email:
- Copy of the international passport
- Documents confirming the previous level of education
- Health fitness certificate
- Other documents as required

Yes, there is an entrance exam that international students are required to appear. Students are required to arrive at least one week before the start of the entrance exams. The entrance exams are Chemistry and Biology. This is how the general process would work for the foreign students. This is how the general process works:
- First of all, select the study program
