The cutoff for the Velalar college of engineering and technology in the BTech stream is that you have to get minimum of 46% marks in the Tamil Nadu State entrance exam and a minimum of 50% in 10+2 exam in school .you have to get a minimum rank of 63340 for BTech and for Computer Science this minimum rank would be 46320.

It's not tough to get admission in the Velalar college of engineering and technology Tamil Nadu as you have to get atleast 50% marks in 10+2 and have to clear the Tamil Nadu State Exam for admission. After that, if your name is in the merit list, then you get admission.
