Yes, it accepts JEE Mains rank, but it's not possible for you to get admission in CSE in that college. To know in which other colleges you will get admission use the predictor tool:

Hi Sainath,
Both the colleges are good in terms of pedagogy, placement and environment. BITS has a great campus life and for CS it is at par with IITs. Decide accordingly.

First I congratulate you for passing with 51% in intermediate. For admission we consider 65% -70% for (BBA) but your percentage is less that 65% still you can try to get it by meeting with the counselor. You can get it.

It is a kind of a final list. But at the time of verification of documents if someone does not match with the criteria the seat gets vacant. Also, lot of students drop out at the last minute. So keep on checking with the admission cell for any availability of seats.
