It is attainable to find part-time jobs while studying at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. The college provides on-campus jobs to help students gain experience in the workforce and make some money. To apply for a job on campus, students only need to complete the Student Employment Application. During the regular semester, student employees are permitted to work a maximum of 12 hours per week and during the winter and summer breaks, students are permitted to work a maximum of 19 hours per week.

The overall reviews of the college are average. Students like the campus environment and professors. The size of the classes is small so students get more personalized focus from the professors. Small colleges like the College of Mount Saint Vincent provide more one-on-one professor-to-student relationships. Another perk that students mention is being so close to the city and right next to the Hudson River where the sunset is always beautiful.
