Yes, Johns Hopkins University offers part-time degrees. There are three types of programs available which are as follows:
Advanced Academic Programs consist of graduate degree and certificate programs for the ones who want a professional growth
Engineering for Professionals consist of engineering and applied Science graduate programs in 20 majors

No, UT Austin is not a part of the original Ivy league, which comprise of the universities which are part of the eight private Northeastern Institutions. However, given its decent rankings and academic excellence, UT Austin is considered as a part of Public Ivy, offering Ivy level quality of education and experience to students from all across the globe.
