Yes, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) and Babu Banarasi Das University (BBDU), Lucknow also have entrance examination in PhD following the month of May-June. Indeed, HBTU accepts applicants for its BBA programme without a CUET score. Only if there are still seats available after applicants with a CUET score have been assigned seats does this option become available. The Non-CUET candidates have to further take an entrance examination conducted by the university.
