Hi, there are good prospects of retail management from BIMTECH. The average placement is around Rs 9 lakhs. Of course, a retail guy can go in marketing depending on the company what conditions they put forward. All the best.

If you want to go for management courses, then go for distance MBA course in management. If you want, you can go for specialization as HR and banking or marketing.
