Yes, Galgotias University is proudly under CUET. It accepts CUET-UG and CUET-PG scores for its prestigious undergraduate and postgraduate programs, giving preference to CUET qualifiers in its merit lists. This participation makes its world-class, NAAC A+ accredited education highly accessible to bright and meritorious students nationwide.

Core CSE is a great choice because it gives you a strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, OS, DBMS and networking. Specializations like AI & ML are also excellent if you're genuinely interested in those fields. At Galgotias University, both offer good learning opportunities, choose based on your career goals rather than just the branch name.

"For B.Sc. Computer Science at Galgotias University, the eligibility is generally 50% marks in Class 12 (Science) with Mathematics or Computer Application as a subject. With 49%, you're just below the usual requirement, so direct eligibility may be difficult. I'd still suggest contacting the admissions team once, as they can guide you about any relaxation or alternative options available."

No, you cannot get the IIIT Allahabad BTech ECE branch in the first round for any category. For admission to this branch, General AI quota students need a rank of at least 6788 or lower to be qualified for admission.

If you do want admission to this branch, you can opt for the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (East Campus) institute. This college had the round 1 cutoff of 7575

You can also wait for the next rounds of cutoff to be released. Usually, the accepting ranks get more accommodating as each round passes.
