I think you should go and visit ICFAI University. Don't go just by the name. There are too many good colleges in Rajasthan, especially in Jaipur which are trying to compete with VIT Vellore, MNIT and LMNIT in terms of modern educational concepts, association with renowned universities in UK, USA, Canada and Russia sending their students in these institutions to compete globally, providing multidisciplinary expertise, opportunities for START-UPS their innovative ideas. BCA is the best option in the computer science field after engineering. So, you can choose BCA if you are interested in computer science. There are many good colleges in Uttarakhand providing BCA course, e.g. REC Roorkee, graphic era University Dehradun, AMS Dehradun, etc.

No, you can't get admission in IIT's for M.Sc programmes. They are only available along with B.Sc programs as integrated courses of 5-years.

Hello Amit Jethuri,
Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi step approach to solve. In case of any difficulty, ask your doubts, it is necessary to have your doubts cleared. Once you master a topic, solve as many tough questions as you can.

The two options you gave, I would advise you to go with electrical engineering at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. It is because your branch matters and certainly electrical is much better than geophysical and electrical is core branch too.
Electrical engineering students at IIT(ISM), Dhanbad has got decent placements in past few years. Since we got the IIT tag last year only, the number of companies visiting the campus is bound to increase from here on.
