The admission fee will be around 80000 and it will include the first-semester tuition fee as well. Also some extra fee like University development fee can be taken from you.

Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

I don't think so, it will effect on placements. You can very good job opportunities in teaching, industry and research after M.Tech CSE. It is very much demanding & jobs chances are very good. All the best.
