To get a seat in B.A at IIHM, Kolkata, students should qualify for the exam that is conducted by this institute. It is entrance-based and students' performance in the exam is seen and accordingly, they select. Coming to the number of students, there is no information about seats officially and but according to the information from people working there is that the intake is 60 students. Pursuing the B.A degree in this institute, students must have a 50 percent score in 10+2.

IIHM Kolkata, this institute offers a three year course of B.A with overall two specialisations. This institute conductes IIHM eCHAT exam and based on the performance of the students in the exam the selection criteria is done. This institute had recorded the 90 percent placements. They also have very good top recruiters with international placements. The highest package offered is INR 2.52 LPA in IIHM.the top recruiters in IIHM includes Domaine de Barbossi, the Leela, ITC and so on. Overall there are good placements with hansome packages for B.A course

UEM, Kolkata offers various courses from humanities to science at both graduation and postgraduate level. It is difficult to say which course is best, but overall college has a good placement cell, lab facilities, internship opportunities, library, etc.
Also, if we look at last year's records, B.Tech placements were the highest amongst all courses followed by MBA and BHM. The highest package for B.Tech went up to 72 LPA. 1559 total offers were given by top-notch companies especially in B.Tech so we can say that its the best course amongst all.

UEM Kolkata offers various kinds of B.Tech. The mode of selection is IEMJEE. There is no cutoff available on their website as of now. You have to check the college website or Shiksha website for cut off marks.

VEL Tech Institute is an excellent university with a good placement rate over the years around 90 % of the students are getting placed every year. the average package is X for the UG courses is around 4.5Lpa and for the PG courses is around 5.5 Lpa the highest package at vel tech is around 44 Lpa offered by Amazon in the year 2022 to the B.Tech student.

UEM Kolkata offers scholarships for programme after 10+2. There are three types of scholarships. 100%, 50% and 25% scholarship on tuition fees. Those who scored 95 percent in their boards received a 100% scholarship. Those who scored 90% and 85% on their boards received 50% and 25% respectively.
There are based scholarships offered to both UG and PG students. 100 percent scholarship is offered only when 95% aggregate and above in CBSE/ ISC/ state board in Class 10 & Class 12 is obtained by a student.

Master of Business Administration is a 2-year course at Vel Tech Institute and coming to its fee structure, its total tuition fee is INR 3.84 lakhs. Its eligibility criteria is that the graduate must have at least a score of 50 percent in the 10+2+3/4 level and the Vel Tech Institute also focuses on present market situations and build the MBA degree programme accordingly. UEM Kolkata offers 4 year B.Tech programme in 9 different specialisations. Some notable recuriters include Wipro, infosys, TATA, etc. There the highest package is 72LPA and average package is 8.48LPA.
Total tuition fee is around 5.6 LPA to 5.9 LPA and the return of investment is quite good in UEM,Kolkata. The average package offered in B.Tech is 7.8 LPA. IEMJEE is the main exam to be given for getting admission in B.Tech with 60 percent in 12th.

UEM Kolkata, offers 2 year MBA programme with specialisation in Human Resource management, financial management and marketing management.
Mode of examination is CAT/ MAT/ WBJAT/ any other national level or state level exam with at least 85 percentile.
Those who are not qualified in above mentioned exams, they have to give university entrance test.
Shortlisted candidates are usually called for further selection rounds, which may include group discussions (GD) and personal interviews (PI)
