No there won't be any deduction for hons. courses unless you are going for change of stream and since eco is a relevant field for commerce students it's not in category of change of field.

Final rank varies on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants , the highest marks scored so college prediction is difficult but to have an idea you can check last year's cut off

You can choose B.Com as a degree course and also think about chartered accountant(CA). It has a good scope so you can register it. You may go for BBA but B.Com is more benificial
