you can adopt any stream according to your interest . Both streams will take you to your goal but for banking sector you should go for Mathematics in your intermediate and also graduation is must for good job . ask me if you want any help in future.

Bikash, after 12th commerce you can go for BBA, BCA, B.Com(Professional), Hotel Management, BJMC, fashion designing, interior designing etc.
There are many good universities that are offering a wide range of courses to choose from along with good placements to their students. Some of these universities also offer scholarships.

There is nothing impossible. You can go for civil service examination. Yes it is amongst the best exam in India.
After HSC /12th first you have to stronger your base. You have to be graduate or pursuing final year of graduation and 21year of age.
It has two phase. 1. Preliminary and 2. Main exam and final selection will be on the basis of Interview.
