Hi
You need to hv physics and maths in 10+2 to pursue architecture in USA. Even in India from 2018, any students from commerce with maths will also not be eligible as per the announcement made by Council of Architecture.

See both engineering and commerce course can help you land land into MBA, but both have their pros and cons. Commerce will built up your base for MBA while engineering will shape more of your technical skills . I would also suggest you to choose what interests you more. May be you are interested in engineering and who knows you will land up doing ME instead MBA(just give it a thought).
Hope this helps :)

Have you thought of hotel management? It requires lot of organisational skills, will also give you chance to cook if you wish to or may be event management after you complete your graduation.
CS is a professional course and the placements are also good.
