Yes, you can pursue the M.Des course at NID on the basis of 4 years GDPD courses. GDPD course is a Diploma level course. While B. Des is an Undergraduate level degree course. The eligibility criteria and course duration are the same for both courses. Fee structure is also a big difference between the both of courses. The fee details of both of courses are given below.
1. B. Des Course fee : Rs 1207800 (Excluding hostel charges)
2. GDPD Course fee : Rs 953200 (NID Andhra Pradesh) Excluding hostel charges.

Dear, arijoy first thing that you know this time pandemic is spreading every where continuously that is why every school and college remain closed for the situation handle and this time is perfect for any Certificate course about your interest and field, if you talk about the seats in communication design course so it's depends upon you that from which platform you are doing this course and from which college. Sketching, writing, creative aptitude, awareness of design industry and design practices etc. Are essential skills for round 1 written exams. Sketching is widely practiced and it makes a compelling case if you sketch meaningfully, than accurately. Writing is an important but underestimated skill. It is better to complete your 2nd PUC before pursuing the fashion design courses. Because you can get better options in Fashion Design courses after the 2nd PUC. Important Design entrance exams like NIFT, UCEED and NID can be attempted after the completion of 2nd PUC. However, on the basis of your class 10th you can also pursue Diploma in fashion design course and can also eligible for dual programme Diploma in fashion design+ B. Des (Fashion) from LPU if interested.
