A total of 172 CSE students were placed out of 184 students of the batch 2024. The placement rate recorded was 93.48%. For Engineering branch such as ECE, EEE and Mechanical, the placement rate was 86.49%, 67.44% and 98.08%, respectively. 

As per the latest report, the BTech batch 2024 comprised of 188 students, of which 145 were placed in reputed companies. The IGDTUW CSE average package offered to the BTech batch 2024 stood at INR 25.15 LPA, whereas the highest package offered stood at INR 56 LPA. DIT University is well known for its BTech placements. It offers good placements every year for BTech/MTech courses, especially the CSE branch. Ideal Institute of Engineering has released the packages offered to the BTech CSE batch 2024. According to the report, the the highest and the lowest packages offered to CSE students during Ideal Institute of Engineering placements in 2024 were INR 6.40 LPA and INR 3.50 LPA,  respectively. The same is tabulated below:
