Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada is one of the reputed public universities in the country known for providing quality education to its students. The placements are generally good for IT branches. 

The placement cell at the university also conducts various training sessions during the placement season so that the eligible students are ready for the placements and the basic concepts are clear to them. The placement department tries its best to get good companies for placements. 

The placements for B.E. Computer Science and Engineering (AI and Machine Learning) at Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology are really good, it was about 80%. The average package was INR 5 Lakhs per annum in the year 2024. The institute seems to be providing great placement opportunities to B.Tech students.

Over 450 recruiters visited the university for BTech placements in 2025. According to the latest reviews provided by the BTech CSE students of Bennett University on Shiksha.com, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc. are the major companies that visit the campus for placements.

VJTI provides good and strong placement assistance to its BTech CSE graduates. During 2023 Placement, VJTI saw impressive placement statistics, with the highest package of INR 57 LPA and the average package stood at INR 20 LPA. Leading companies like DE Shaw, Amazon, LinkedIn, Texas Instruments, Capgemini, Morgan Stanley, etc. were among top recruiters. Further, 88 students of the BTech CSE batch 2024 were eligible for the placements 2024, of which 72 were placed in reputed companies during VJTI placements 2024. 

As per the latest report, IIIT Sonepat recorded 70.7% of the CSE branch students were placed in 2024 placement drive at IIIT Sonepat. The highest and average package offered to CSE students during IIIT Sonepat placements in 2024 was INR 40 LPA and INR 13.88 LPA, respectively.
