VIT Bhopal doesn't accept the scores of JEE Mains or COMEDK for admissions in any of their B.Tech courses. Instead, the university conducts its own entrance exam, VITEEE, for admission to B.Tech. programs. Students are selected based on their performance in VITEEE, and students also need to have a minimum of 60% in their 12th to apply, which you already have. So if you wish to take admission in this institute, you need to appear for VITEEE, or else you need to look for a different institute.

You can get admission for B.Tech CSE at some colleges without appearing for any entrance exam. Some private institutes offer direct admission to B.Tech programs based on merit, and some conduct their own entrance exam. But it is always seen that the colleges that provide direct admissions are not among the top institutes of India. If you want to take admission in top institutes, you need to appear for entrance exams like JEE mains, but if your priority is getting a decent college, you can apply to direct admission-based institutes.

The B.Tech. in CSE programme at Future Institute of Engineering and Technology strikes an appropriate balance between theory and practical or experiential learning. From programming, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, etc., with labs, workshops, and industry exposure, it is a well-rounded package. The other positives include specializations in AI/ML and Data Science that add career-centric value, making it an excellent choice for future technocrats.

Securing a seat in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in Andhra Pradesh is difficult however it is feasible in some colleges, given an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank of 58,780. Guntur Engineering College cutoff was between 109,000 to 110,000 while Eswar College of Engineering was formerly between 73,000 and 74,000. However admittance is doubtful given your rating because prestigious universities like GMR Institute of Technology usually have cutoffs between 8,000 and 9,000. Every year cutoffs change depending on things like candidate performance and seat availability.

Grabing a seat with 83.3 percentile in computer science engineering is very tough. If you belong to certain particular community, then there is a slight chance to get a seat in lower NIT or IIIT, but if you belong to general category or even in OBC there is no chance to get any seat in any NIT/IIT/IIT or good government college.

With 83,000 rank in KCET, you can hope for opportunities of admission in a few of the engineering colleges of Bangalore and Mangalore for the ECE/CSE branches. Some of the likely opportunities include Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE), Canara Engineering College, Mangalore, Shree Devi Institute of Technology, Mangalore, Bangalore Institute of Technology, and Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore. These colleges generally have varying cutoffs, so it is preferable to go through their separate admission criteria and last year's cutoff trends for better comprehension.

Having an 87.05 percentile and an OBC rank of 65,562 in JEE Mains, to get a seat in the IIIT Hyderabad Computer Science Engineering (CSE) course is not guaranteed. The OBC cutoff score is usually between 50,000 and 100,000 depending on which IIIT and in which year. Although your percentile is a good score, it might not be enough to reach the desired rank for IIIT Hyderabad, particularly since it is competitive. It is better to look at the actual cutoffs for the ongoing admission cycle to have a better idea.
