In my opinion, it's not an easy task. To get admission in CSE branch because as per the current scenario, CSE is the most preferred branch by engineering students. When engineering students get a high score on academic exams they always keep computer engineering as a first choice here. For admission, students need to appear for some entrance exam so there is tough competition between students if you prepare well, then and then only you get admission to CSE branch.

Admission to BIT Bangalore is conducted through COMEDK UGET scores. Based on the scores, the BIT Bangalore cutoff 2024 is released for the candidates. The BIT Bangalore COMEDK UGET cutoff 2024 for SC and ST categories is similar for both, the cutoff ranged from 5790 to 76686, wherein, the most demanding course is BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.

Yes, a BTech CSE student can definitely appear for the IAS exam. The eligibility criteria for the IAS exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) only requires a graduation degree from a recognised university.
