The position of being at a CRL rank of 352084 along with an OBC NCL rank of 125766 will not fetch you any good seat in the top NITs, IITs, or any branch such as CSE.
It would be better to start looking for some government engineering colleges in your state and GFTIs.
They would have slightly lower cut-offs than those of NITs and IITs and provide reasonable value for your B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
Possibilities could be state engineering colleges across the home state or possibly from adjacent states like UP, Rajasthan, and Jharkhand. Most of those have admission based on the JEE Main score, making it very likely to get a sea

We set a special cutoff for entrance into B-Tech CSE every year. The cutoff varies depending upon the difficulty of the exam and the number of applicants.
Overall, sources say that a cutoff percentage for the very first phase of counseling in the admissions event for CSE B-Tech Program 2024 will hover around the region of 91 percent in JEE Main.
That's the standard against which students can target their admission dreams in their chosen CSE programs. For the real trend cutoffs, see here: it varies every year.

Even with such a CRL rank of 487556 and SC category rank 33973, it is rather difficult to procure a seat in the CS branch of any of the top NITs or IITs because there exist much higher cutoffs for them.
Nonetheless, some of the recently established NITs, IIITs, or even state government colleges may still allow you to take admission; particularly if one is SC and, moreover, applying under home state quota (if applicable).
However, CSE is highly competition free at such colleges or branches and as compared to other competitive branches, it would have relatively less cutoff thereby providing you an easy access.
Better be optimistic watching

You can get direct admission in CSE branch at IPS Academy without appearing in JEE Entrance exam through Management Quota. You can secure your admission in Management Quota by visiting the Admission cell of IPS near Canteen but you'll need to pay some extra charges for that.

Generally. such branches have much higher cutoffs, especially in reputed institutes. However, opportunities may exist in some government colleges, especially those with lower cut-offs or in some categories like OBC, SC, or ST depending on the reservation policies.

No, Delhi University (DU) does not provide admission to its B.Tech CSE course solely based on 12th class grades; instead, admission is primarily based on the score obtained in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) which is a national-level entrance exam, with 12th class marks only being used as a tiebreaker if necessary.
