One can get B.E in computer Science and Engineering at the said university by procuring requisite passing cut off rank in either JEE entrance test or MH-CET Entrance examinations.

It is not too easy to get an admission nor too tough. As university for BE accepts scores from JEE and MHCET entrances hence not only limited to one entrance test result. Cut off for JEE also is around 100000 to 260000 which is not too tough to be procured.

With a 90 percentile in JEE Main and belonging to the OBC category, you have a chance to get the CSE branch at some IIITs. To get admission to the BTech course at IIIT's, you must first appear for the accepted entrance exams. Then qualify for the selection rounds. In short, the admissions are based on merit, entrance exam scores, and the other criteria decided by the college.

To be eligible to pursue a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering in Ramanathapuram, you must have cleared class 10th with a minimum of 45% from any recognized board. There are various institutes and colleges are offering Diploma  in CSE in Ramanathapuram.

Netaji Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) is generally considered a reputable institution for engineering programs, including Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). It will be tough for someone with a 62k overall rank and 18k OBC rank in JEE Mains 2024 to get CSE in the high ranking NITs or IITs. Though you can expect some chances at lower NITs or GFTIs in branches of CSE or allied disciplines other than the main stream (like IT or software). The NITs that you are referring to the likes of NIT Agartala, NIT Sikkim or the more recent ones should be able to provide CSE reservation under OBC. Students who have successfully qualified in Statistics or Mathematics for at least 2 years are eligible for M Sc in Data Science
