Yes, it is possible to take admission in B.Tech CSE course but only it private colleges. Some Tier 3 colleges offer B.Tech without maths. As a B.Tech student, I personally won't encourage you to pursue B.Tech since the first two years are completely filled with concepts regarding maths.

The university offers many free electives in its BTech CSE programme. A minimum of 9 credit has to be taken in these courses. Mentioend below are the offered free electives:

IIIT Bhagalpur offers BTech in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. The course lasts for four years and is spread across eight semesters. Few of the subjects offered under the CSE course are as follows:

For Diploma Courses you must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in aggregate 

The percentage is impressive however not enough to get Coimbatore seat . But you have better chances of getting admission in Banglore or Amritapuri campus .

The placements were quite good in REC Basti. Nearly 60% and above students were placed. The average package offered to the students was INR 4.12 Lakhs while the highest package of INR 10 LPA was offered to 16 students. Students need to crack the interviews and can get a chance of higher packages than average. 

No, JEE mains paper 1 score is not required to get admission in National Forensic Sciences University for B.Tech+M.Tech CSE. National Forensic University hasn't any provision for taking admission based on JEE score. They have individual entrence test. On basis of the score in the entrance they admit the students. Seats are allocated to candidates based on merit and entrance score. National Forensic Science University course admission requires candidates to take the NFSU entrance test (or NFAT).
