Yes, NIT Durgapur has very good placement. Last year for CSE Branch, average salary was around INR 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 12.47 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.3 LPA and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Genpact, Infosys, etc., so B.Tech CSE have a better placement rate than B.Tech ESE at NSHM Durgapur. In ESE, The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6.8 LPA.

The placement dynamics between B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University show clear trends. Notably, the B.Tech CSE programme has an excellent placement rate. That being said, during placements, the opportunities available to graduates of this programme are mostly limited to information technology (IT) roles. Both have good placements at the School of Engineering and Technology, since B.Tech has a vast opportunity option and the ECE Branch would make more sense.
As with the ECE branch one can conqueror not even programming jobs but also the electronics sector.
