After doing BSc from the UPES School of Computer Science, students can enter into various industries such as Agriculture Industry, Oil Industry, and others. BSc graduates can find suitable job roles at Educational Institutes, Space Research Institutes, Wildlife and Fishery Departments, and others. BTech students will gain hands-on experience with AWS and Azure. At UPES School of Computer Science, BTech students will be able to learn to deploy and scale AI-powered applications on various robust cloud platforms.

The course fee for two-year M.Tech course in CSE at PES University is INR 2.60 lakh. This fee includes a component of a one-time Non-refundable Administrative Deposit of INR 10,000. 

At the undergraduate level, UPES School of Computer Science offers BSc, BTech, and BCA courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers MTech and MCA programmes to students. BTech is offered in eight specialisations and BSc and BCA in three specialisations. To get admission to BTech, candidates must have valid score in accepted entrance exams such as BCA1 Main,  CUET, and others.

To join UPES School of Computer Science, candidates must have valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as  JEE Main,  CUET, and others. The mode of UPES School of Computer Science admission is online. Admission to various courses is based on merit and scores of entrance exams. If applying though JEE Main, candidates must prepare well for the entrance exams by practicing the JEE Main question papers. Prepare well according o the JEE Mains exam pattern. Make sure to pay the application fee which is INR 1,350.

According to a response on Shiksha.com, both B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech in ECE at OPJS University have good placement records, but B.Tech in CSE typically has a slight edge in terms of placement rate.However, it is important to note that placement opportunities can vary depending on various factors such as the student's skills, academic performance, and the job market at the time of graduation. 

During 2023 NIT Surathkal placements, the placement rate recorded for BTech CSE and M.Tech CSE was 98.26% and 94.59%, respectively. Out of 115 eligible BTech CSE students, 113 were placed during NIT Surathkal placements 2023. For M.Tech CSE, out of 37 eligible students 35 were placed.
