Hello Suraj,
There are two modes of courses to get into hardware designing field. One is short-term courses, another is long term courses. Best option is long term course to compete and earn handsome salary. DJ Academy of design offering PGD industrial and communication design two years programme, Symbiosis Institute of Design two years programme in communication design and IIT Bombay industrial design centre offering M.Des are best programs. For short term programme Mindmajix Hardware designing is best.
All the best for your future.

Start learning data analytics. Do some certifications. Make your resume look like that of a data analytics professional and apply for jobs.

Open Universities are flexible enough. You can enroll in the program of your choice and submit an application stating your problem.
Also, there are many open universities which provide online programs. Check them out. There would be provisions in Dubai too.
All the best

Admission to MCA is not given without any entrance exam. You can check out some private colleges like Amity or Sikkim Manipal. They might have separate admission process.
Government colleges will give admission only if you have given entrance.

To be very honest, no. Most of the companies require full time graduates. Doing a BCA in correspondence can give you a degree but not jobs.

I suggest you join a coaching center as they have up to date about the latest syllabus of the exam and also provide you with old question papers and a series of mock test.
