On the basis of experience, you can make a switch. If you want to switch from BPO industry to other industries, then it will be a bit difficult but it's possible. Starting as a software developer would not be recommended as you have already worked in industry for 6 years. You can do project management (PMP) certification and get into management. You can get a job on the basis of your skills and diploma but it will not help you in a long run. A diploma can fetch you a job for the time being but in order to grow, you need to have a degree. CCNA is a certification which will obviously increase your employability but a degree would be required to get in to good companies and grow

You can get admission for M.Sc in Computer Science, if you have completed B.Sc in Computer Science or IT or done any other equivalent degree. All the best.

No, you do not have to give entrance exam to pursue B.Sc. IT from most of the colleges. If you are having mathematics in class 12th, then you are eligible for getting admissions. Few colleges only allow Science students. All the best.

The courses which you are referring to are certifications. CCNA, CCNP are certifications provided by Cisco. You need to prepare for the certification exam, apply for the exam and clear the exam in order to be CCNA, CCNP certified. There is no college for it as it is not a degree program. There are many regional institutes which provides training for such courses. Figure out a good institute near you and they will guide you ahead. All the best

College does not offer BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application) course. A very similar and equivalent Bachelor's degree course is offered here. It is B.Sc in Computer Application. There is no cut-off declared officially. Cut-off varies every year. It depends on the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam that year.

There are several colleges admission procedure for MCA is direct admission after any graduation. But, top colleges conducts its own entrance examination or accept state level entrance examination score like TANCET, KMAT, PUCET, etc.
