Cut off in Architecture colleges vary a lot from year to year, as it depends on the number of NATA Aspirants and number of seats available for admission through government merit seats. An average cut off for SAP, Anna University general category is 110-125. I do not have other categories data, but I am sure you can either find it on TNEA website or inquire with TNEA officials for accurate information.

A review by a student of the same college is as follows. The fees for BCA is divided in two categories. i.e. University fee and college fee. It is not same for all the colleges. I did BCA from JIMS in 2016. The university fee is INR 40,000 per annum and the college fee of JIMS is 36,000.
In second and third year, you will be exempted from other charges like security, library, ICard etc.
The college fee taken by JIMS, VIPS, IITM, MSIT is almost similar. We can say that it is between 70,000 to 85,000.
If you will go for low rank colleges like CPJ & DIRD, you will get relaxation upto INR 15,000 in annual fees.
