It is a 2 years long Post Graduate Level programme. The 2 years duration is divided into 4 semesters, with each semester lasting a period of 6 months. During each semester, students will have to face separate sets of theoretical subjects as well as practical sessions associated with those subjects. There is no connect in between these courses. You can either pursue a specialized course which is a part of BJMC, or go for a degree course which has computer Science as majors.

Yes, it is a good choice, there are many demands of game design developer in market, not only in India but abroad too. If you are doing Diploma in game design, then you can get a good job, or do freelance, but if you want to grow more than I would suggest you to do Masters in game design. Most of abroad companies require Master's degree for providing you jobs.
