You can take engineering in computer science if you want to or B.Sc in computer science and other than that, there's a lot of colleges in many cities and depends on in which city you want to take admission, you will get good college.

Unless you are very much clear about your passion, too much specialisation in graduation may not be desirable. You may join MCA even after completing B.Sc. Agriculture. You may choose some other career as well, if you lose interest in computer application.

It depends on your interest if you are interested in IT (Information Technology), then you should go for BCA. Otherwise, you should go for ITI but through my point of view the value of ITI Diploma is decreasing.
