Different universities have different eligibility criteria. No reputed universities demand around 50-60%.

Definitely, a B.Com student is eligible to pursue MCA because it's requirement is graduation in any course with 45-50% score. Good luck.

You are required to appear in BCA/B.Sc IT/CS+MCA entrance test to be eligible for MCA.
