All the three fields are good, but I would suggest you to go for software developer rather than going for software testing. And, if you are interested in teaching field, then you can go for teaching.

There is a lot of scope for MCA holder, as they are employed in software technology jobs, or they can start their own work, or they can work as a freelancer or even as a lecturer. So, it has good scope.
