Hey Prateek,
It can be said that both the courses are at par. On the technical grounds both the courses are equivalent as both are approved by AICTE.
PGDBA gives you a sure chance of global exposure in terms of the international immersion program with Rome Business School for a period of one month. But, you can find same opportunity in PGDM also if you choose to go abroad for various internships or live projects.
