You can do in UK from Newcastle University of Sheffield or Hall Om University. It is 1-year PG programme. You need portfolio to get the admission.

Yes, you can apply for MCA by getting the provisional degree provided by the institution. But, you will be provided the provisional degree only if you are passing otherwise the degree will not be provided to you unless you clear the previous exams.

If you have taken the admission for this session, then your exams will take place in December. And, if you haven't taken the admission, then you will be able to take admission for next session in December- January, and exams for this would be conducted in June 19.
