Delhi University does not host courses like BCA. You need to try getting admission into any other university or college. There are some universities which provides admission to arts/humanities candidates for BCA. You have to search for those universities and colleges near you so you can take admission into BCA. Yes hoping for engineering degree even after a gap of few years is not bad but you have attempted and found out that it is difficult for you.
