Comparing these two, VIPS (IPU) is a better option. It is the topmost college of GGSIPU. Whereas, Amity is a private university. I'll give first priority to VIPS.

All the colleges that I know of don't provide lateral entry usually. There is this college that provides Lateral Entry https://www.shiksha.com/it-software/course/amp/b-c-a-lateral-entry-direct-2nd-year-directorate-of-distance-education-madurai-kamaraj-university-287511
But again. Check with the college where you want to take admission whether they take lateral entries and do they have vacancies in 2nd year or not.

The best option would be to join a coaching institute. They will tutor you accordingly and they will helo you to understand complex concepts while preparing. Be prepared to give your best and study your BCA course thoroughly too. Study at least 2 to 3 hours daily and solve practice papers.

Yes, you can get admission in MBA because your score is good and you have completed your Bachelor's degree. I think it's a good decision for your future.
