It's up to you. If you want to get some money and support your family, then job is the good option but if money is not the problem, then you must do Masters because it will always help you to find a good position in your job.

It seems that you are confused. Go for CA. If you want to go for a course with a shorter duration of time, then go for MBA.

No, it's not necessary, but it is an added advantage if you do that if you have an inclination towards the IT sector.

If you want to go in the field of computers, there is no need to fill the improvement form. Just work hard in the computers field and you can do well.

Try to do Ph.D in your M.Tech thesis related topic. It will help you to understand better.
