Yes, of course. You can get admission in MIT. But, I would suggest you to be well prepared for the entrance exam which is conducted for the admission process. It is not tough but to be prepared in well advance will always result to be beneficial.

Broadly speaking, you either need to hold a B.Tech degree or a BCA degree to assure your entrance into web designing profession. Now, whether you pursue your B.Tech in any discipline like mechanical. Electronics. Computers etc. It really is not the eligibility criteria to apply for a web designer job just a mark of B.Tech qualifies you to apply for the same.
