Hi Boby Soni,
To pursue your Masters in Germany, you must have completed your Bachelor's degree with very good percentage. Say above 80% is recommended. You must also take IELTS. Additional knowledge of the German language is also recommended.

If your current college is affiliated to MGU, only then it is possible to do so. But then again, you will have to check if there are seats vacant in MGU and state a proper and solid reason for the change.

No matter, you can do BCA. Physics and mathematics can come in your 2nd semester. Fundamental computer and digital electronics comes in your 1st semester. In your 3rd and 4th semester, you can learns object oriented programming language.
