Yes, they accept distance degree but there is condition. While you are taking distance education you should be working somewhere. If you are working person and pursuing distance education, then take this as a valid reason. If you are not doing anything and still taking distance education, then it will be a drawback for you. You will come across a good number of institutions offering BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). The undergraduate programme is a three-year study on applications of computer systems and information technology. The course curriculum of this programme is somewhat similar to B.Tech CS/ IT, which however is a four-year programme and is more specialised. There is no programme called specialised BCA as such.
