BE is better as BCA from IGNOU is a distance scope so the availability of jobs will be less in BCA from IGNOU.

Firstly you need to complete your graduation only then you will be eligible to apply for Masters. You UG marks are taken into consideration during admission.

You can pursue only one course at a time from IGNOU. If you want, you can take up BCA or B.Sc Maths from some other distance university.
