There are many (approx 17) specializations for CSE. Like cloud computing, mainframe, BAO, gaming and graphics, IOT and many more. So, they will be more beneficial for you in future. So, it will be your choice of interest which specialization you want to choose.

Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in UPSEE. Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a pass mark of 50% in graduation with Mandatory Courses : BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT & Systems)
Candidate must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level. Regards.

If you are from science stream, you should choose engineering as per your interest and when you come from commerce stream, then you should go for BBA. Any other stream, you do have then BCA is good choice.
